話明Truffles 就梗係成粒都係朱古力！出面有一層薄薄嘅可可粉，入面就有好似生古力咁香醇軟滑口感嘅朱古力，一咬入去就極速融化😛

甜度帶微苦，雖然個人覺得未去到香港甜品界最高評價，但真心食落唔係死甜同有種想繼續啪嘅衝動🤟🏼

Mathez has been making chocolate for over 80 years and are one of the leading French producers of dusted truffles. Mathez does not use palm oil in its truffles and uses only the highest quality ingredients to ensure there is no compromise on taste.
