Hadariki Kumargic Dark Circle Eye Cream targets dark circles, under-eye bags, and fine lines around the eyes. It enhances elasticity in the delicate eye area, delivering firming effects while reducing dark circles and eliminating under-eye puffiness.

Its key ingredient is Haloxyl, a concentrated compound developed by Zederma.

Haloxyl is a cosmetic ingredient featured in many premium eye creams! Specifically targeting under-eye dark circles, its formula incorporates two peptides to effectively reduce dark circles, improve dullness around the eyes, and enhance skin firmness.

Reduces Dark Circles: Haloxyl breaks down and removes degraded red blood cells, reducing melanin deposits to improve the appearance of dark circles. 

Enhances Eye Area Firmness: Haloxyl promotes collagen production, increasing elasticity and firmness around the eyes.

Improves Dullness: Haloxyl helps boost blood circulation, reducing dullness caused by vascular congestion for brighter-looking skin.
