VASAK 嚴選來自大自然的新鮮食材，兼顧美味與營養，匠心打造每一口純粹風味。
採用日照充足、以黏糯香甜聞名的南原糯米，結合產自朝鮮半島最南端清澈海域、經日曬保留深海鮮味的長興紫菜，並加入以100%地里山香菇製成的天然香菇粉提鮮，再融合國產海帶、牛蒡根、燕麥與蝦乾等健康食材，層層堆疊出濃鬱而均衡的自然滋味，帶來酥脆口感與營養兼具的味覺體驗。

海蝦：與孫鍾元主廚攜手合作，嚴選江華島當季鮮蝦與烤蝦粉，層層堆疊鹹甜風味，打造入口即化的酥脆口感與細膩餘韻。
