Tutorials For New Members

New Member Registration

1. Click [Person Icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Click [Member Registration].

Register with email address
3. Fill in the registration email (for future login and notification).
4. Tick whether you would like to receive promotions or not.
5. Tick whether you agree or not to the terms and conditions of the website, etc. 
6. Click [Next].
7. Successful registration!

 

Register with a social account (Google)
3. Click on the social icon.
4. Select the registered account from the account selection.
5. Click [Continue].
6. Successful registration!

*Please note that you can only register by email and social account (Google), no cell phone number is allowed!

Existing Member First Time Login

1. Click on the [Person Icon] in the upper right corner of the homepage.

2. Click [Forget Password].

3. Enter the email address of the member who has been registered in the old system.

4. Click [Reset Password].

5. The registered email will receive a “password reset request” email*.

6. Click [Change Password] to go to the new password page.

7. Enter the new password and click [Change Password] to complete the registration!

*If you do not see the "Password Reset Request" email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not see it in your spam folder, please contact CS via email / WhatsApp for assistance.
