Description

Process:

1. First, the customer places an order on the website, and each product includes a card authentication service.

2. The customer goes to the Mongkok store to receive the card that needs to be authenticated.

3. We will put the card into the card holder and store it.

4. We will update you on the progress of your order by email.

5. We will notify you by email to pick up your order when it arrives in Mongkok.

The number of card protection layers:

1. Easy Pull Card Sleeve

2. Semi-rigid Cardholder

3. Box containing semi-rigid

4. Bubble Wrap

5. Plastic Bag Wrap

6. Fedex Plastic Bag Wrap

The first group is expected to arrive at TAG in end of July or early August.

Remarks:

1. We will pack the whole package before shipping to minimize the external factors.

2. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of cards during international transportation.

3. We are not responsible for the scoring results or the order of the “consecutive numbers”.

4. TAG will reimburse up to USD 250 for any accidental damage to the card when it is handled by TAG, we will transfer the money to the customer after receiving the reimbursement, but will not be responsible for any other loss.

5. After the customer has placed an order and paid for the card, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. We have the opportunity to take photos of the card for promotional and documentary purposes.

7. Gethemall's decision on any disputes shall be final.
