Shipping Date

The goods usually will arrive within three to four weeks, but the arrive date will depending on the type of items and the region. Pre-ordered items are not included. Finally arrive details should refer to the product details page.

Please ensure that you provide proof of payment and notify us before the order cutoff date. Otherwise, the order may not be processed properly.

【Hong Kong】

3 types of picking method can choose:

1. Mong Kok Store Pick-up (No extra delivery fee)

Customer will receive an email after the order delivery to store. Please pick up your order in store after receiving the email.

2. SF Express Home Delivery / SF Pickup Point / Locker ($30up delivery fee paid by consignee)
Paid the delivery fee when the order delivery. Customer will receive the SF courie number by email.

Once the shipment has arrived at the selected pickup location, SF Express will issue a pickup code via its official mobile application, “SFHK APP.”

Customers are required to register and download the application in advance. Shipment status and the pickup code can be accessed through the SFHK APP. Please ensure that the applicable shipping fee is ready upon collection.

3. Hong Kong Post EC-GET ($16 delivery fee per order)

EC- GET by Post Office, Hong Kong Post Offices or iPostal Stations as the pick-up point.

You will receive an email after the order is sent to the Hong Kong Post warehouse, and also an SMS message when the order arrive at pick-up point. Please pick up the item according to the SMS pickup code in your mobile phone and follow the instructions.

【Macau / TaiWan】

SF Express (delivery fee paid by consignee)

Customer will receive the SF courie number by email. Please paid to the delivery fee to the courie.

Notice for Macau Region: Food, liquid, product containing medicinal ingredients (E.g: 50 MEGUMI), product containing alcohol, supplyment and incense item cannot delivery.

Notice for TaiWan Region: Chinese full name, taiwan ID number or passport number and taiwan contact number for declaration. Food and liquid item cannot delivery.

【Oversea】

Oversea delivery

Oversea delivery will base on dimensional weight or weight. Please note that we can combine orders from one month into one shipment.

Shipping fee will base on dimensional weight or weight, wichever is higher.

Dimensional weight (kg) = L x W x H (cm) / 5000

Actual Weight (kg)

(If less than 0.5kg, calculate as 0.5kg) / Freight (HKD)

Example: If the weight of the mail is 2kg, and the length, width and height are 30 x 20 x 30 cm, the dimensional weight will be 3.6kg after calculation, and the shipping charge will be calculated according to the dimensional weight 3.6kg.

【Changes to Pickup and Delivery Methods After Order Placement】

Before Arrival in Hong Kong / Before Shipment
Please submit your request within the relevant order or email your order number to order@gtm.hk. Upon receipt of your request, we will follow up and arrange the necessary changes.

After Shipment
In general, once an order has been shipped, changes to the pickup or delivery method will not be accepted.

Mong Kok Store Pick-up:
If you request to change to SF Express delivery after the order has arrived at the Mong Kok store, a handling fee of $20 will be charged. Please email your order number to order@gtm.hk to arrange this request. The item will be dispatched within one week.

Hong Kong Post EC-GET:
Orders that have already arrived at the designated pickup point cannot be changed to another pickup method.

SF Express Home Delivery / SF Pickup Point / Locker:
For orders that have arrived at the designated pickup point, please contact SF Express directly to arrange any changes to the pickup method.

【 Combined Pickup / Shipment】

Mong Kok Store:
Please email order@gtm.hk and provide the order numbers to be combined for pickup.

Hong Kong Post EC-GET:
Each order is processed separately; therefore, combined pickup is not available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

SF Express Home Delivery / SF Pickup Point / Locker:
If you wish to combine shipment with previously placed orders, please email order@gtm.hk and provide the relevant order numbers.

If you wish to combine shipment with future orders, please indicate “Combine with future orders” in the order remarks. Orders may be combined within a maximum period of six months from the original order date.
